For the first three weeks of June, I was in Doha and Cairo reporting on a Carnegie fellowship. The program was called the AUC-QU Bootcamp in Middle Eastern Journalism, cosponsored by the American University in Cairo and Qatar University. While there I wrote a blog about Mesaieed Industrial City, a city-wide industrial complex south of Doha. Here is that blog.
